Måns Ullerstam

Chief Executive Officer

Måns founded Kale United in 2018, bringing his extensive experience as an IT entrepreneur with a strong track record within startups. He has served as CEO of Rebtel and founded companies like Picofun and Resolution Games, backed by major investors such as Softbank and Google. As a Climate Reality Leader trained by Al Gore and as a computer scientist, he combines his expertise in AI and robotics with a commitment to sustainable initiatives.

Jacob Lindén

Chief Financial Officer

Jacob has a background in intelligence and information from the Swedish Armed Forces and holds a Master's degree in Finance. For the past two decades, he has held leadership and executive roles in corporate finance and investments with various international companies. Before joining Kale United, he focused on large-scale infrastructure and real estate investments in the onshore salmon farming industry.

Investment Manager

Hugo's most recent position was with Velocity Capital, a Copenhagen-based venture capital fund, where he spent three years managing their portfolio. Now based in Stockholm, he has joined the Kale United as an investment manager of Kale Growth. Hugo holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration.

Chairman of the Board

Magnus has extensive experience in FMCG and retail, having served as CEO for Lantmännen Cerealia and COOP. His hands-on knowledge across the entire value chain brings valuable and unique insights into the food industry, complemented by an unparalleled network within the field. Currently, Magnus is the CEO of Bumbee Labs, an AI-driven analytics and predictions company. He holds a Master's degree in Economics.

Board member

Michiel van Deursen is a former tech entrepreneur. He has founded several successful ventures, including an Amsterdam-based internet agency and a tech incubator. Currently, Michiel focuses on investing in alternative protein companies that innovate in food, materials, and health. He is a board member of Kale United and advisor för Kale Growth.

Ownership structure

Kale United is a public holding company listed at Pepins. The fund Kale Growth is structured as an alternative investment fund (AIF). Kale Fund Manager is registered with the Swedish FSA (Finansinspektionen) and is domiciled in Sweden.
